How to Reserve Your Villa at Silves Hills

Buying at Silves Hills is designed to be simple, transparent, and secure. Here’s how the process works:

1. Reservation Agreement

To secure your chosen plot, we sign a reservation agreement valid for 4 weeks.

  • A refundable deposit of €10,000 confirms your reservation.

  • This ensures no one else can purchase your selected lot while the paperwork is being prepared.

2. Promissory Contract

Next, we formalise the purchase with a promissory contract, which sets out all the details of your home and the transaction.

  • At this stage, 10% of the property price is due (less the €10,000 reservation fee already paid).

  • A further 20% is paid in two instalments

– One 10% payment when infrastructure works begin

– One 10% payment when the construction of your villa starts

3. Final Deed

The remaining 70% is paid only upon signing the final deed and receiving your finished home.

  • Your private villa with garden, sun deck, and heated swimming pool
  • A fully equipped kitchen with appliances
  • Bathrooms and sanitary installations
  • Private parking

What’s Not Included

  • Notary and state fees related to the purchase
  • Loose furniture package (chosen by you from our curated designer collections; the purchase of each villa requires the selection of one of these packages)
